More on the link, but a big thumbs up for Florida Demon-rats who refuse to vote for the Waco Baby-burner.

Nooooooooooooooooooo!
Wouldn't McBride be a stronger opponent than Janet the Torch?
In a Bush-Reno race, 22 percent of the Democrats would vote for Bush. In a Bush-McBride fight, 15 percent would choose Bush.

NO! We want Reno on the ballot! She needs to get her a** handed to her by a Republican, not another dem. C'mon, Janet, TRY HARDER! This is no time to go shaky.
To: Recovering_Democrat
"Reno in heat" would be one ugly sight!
To: Recovering_Democrat
It's funny how any opponent of Janet's is automatically "the pretty one."
To: Recovering_Democrat
A JEB vs. Reno ballot would make me do the Walter Huston happy dance! :-)
To: Recovering_Democrat
Part of me wants to see Reno annihilated by Jeb Bush in November. But it would be pretty sweet to see her knocked off the ballot by a complete unknown within her own party. If Bush can't beat this upstart (McBride) in November, then the GOP has big problems in Florida.

Unfortunately, Democrats are somewhat better at shedding their losers than Republicans are, at least it seems this way to me.

Janet Reno =
nee Trojan

I would prefer she win the Dem primary, so that people will know what the Dem party stands for.
THEN get whacked in the general election.

This is actually not good news. McBride would be a much tougher opponent than Reno.
To: Recovering_Democrat
The more Reno and McBride fight, the more dem campaign money gets used up before november.

Major Dilema:
Will someone please explain to me who the dead people are going to vote for in this primary?
To: Recovering_Democrat
It looks as if the victory will go to whichever candidate the professional ballot-box stuffers favor.

Anybody know how the ballot looks? Could this be a factor in deciding who actually gets credit for the most votes?

In some ways it is better if Reno wins. I can imagine the Cuban American community's efforts to keep her out of the Governor's mansion, for example.
This other fellow is something of an unknown quantity - which may mean that voters might be willing to take a chance on him.

I heard a McBride commercial here in Mobile last night and he was 'ripping' Jeb.

This is exactly what I have feared from the beginning.
Reno is a stone-cold loser to Jeb and everybody knows it. Sure, plenty of rats would hold their nose and vote for Reno, but plenty more would sit the race out, or just vote for Jeb.
McBride, on the other hand, is the kind of unknown that rats might figure has a shot. You know, another "new kinda Democrat", ie., not your usual liberal scumbag Democrat. (Except of course, he is a liberal scumbag.)
In a Bush-Reno race, 22 percent of the Democrats would vote for Bush. In a Bush-McBride fight, 15 percent would choose Bush.
No surprise there.
I would say Republicans better wake up and do what they can to make sure Reno wins the primary. Then they can relax.

In a remarkable turnaround, McBride has closed the gap to a 3-point margin too close to call My predication ever since this race started was that Rhnio was only there to draw the heat and lull the Reps into sleep. She's been running interference with McBride, who is the real candidate. He IS the Dim "real deal". He's the guy who wrote the legislation for Jim-mah Carter that gave amnesty to draft-dodgers and deserters during the VN war. It is because of this guy and Carter that they got their GI Bill rights back,as well as other benefits. They all had their discharges upgraded to "Honorable",so they ended up with the same benefits as someone who was drafted or enlisted and served out their full obligation. Some of them are even drawing 100% disability from the VA due to PTSD because of the stress their desertions put on them.

No, I want the Waco baby burner to win...makes the democrats look very bad, plus it would be WONDERFUL to see a Bush beat another Clintonista.
