"I feel super, thank's for asking!"
The guy only committed fraud against the American people. Hell, when that happened in 1992, we made the guy President.

Let him keep the money, but give him a lobotomy.

This guy got a lot of education, and he only owes them 4 years, or has to pay back $71,000? Woopety-Doo either way!

I suspect the district court decision will be overturned. There is no rule against "telling." Nor is there any rule against not telling. This one isn't even close.

I heard he told his first client to grab his ankles and spell run.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This case made me think of Klinger in MASH. That malingering soldier tried everything to bail, including crossdressing. And what a shame that this fellow has to pay his loans back. I wonder how he will like dealing with HMO's? Payback is a Hillary ain't it? (Moderator: is subbing the name of the PIAPS an acceptable sub for swearing?)

I thought the Air Force had a gay pride week, right after the
warrior week celebrations. I mean it isn't like by serving in the Air Force he would really be in the military, more like junior college.

A USCG veteran friend told me that when he was in during the right-after-Nam years, lots of straight guys would use the "gay" game to get out.

There are simply Air Force personnel who dealt with the guy during the education process, and who felt he was probably gay from day one...yet he used the free education and thought that they would just let him walk out the front door. Its not the first time something like this has happened. Most previous cases, the individual didn't want his name to get into the press or make a big deal out of the whole thing. They got to a point where they just said ok...give me a job for four years and we are even. And that is what this idiot should have done. He will have this $70k paid off in five years with a civilian practice. And that will be the end of the story....oh, except for the book he will likely write. You can likely guess a good title for it.
