I do not use one, but the "Money Manager" issue should be of more concern, for many are turning out to be cheats and thieves...

Notice there's no option to vote for reducing existing gun controls.

What a thoroughly bad poll. Nowhere does it give any options for doing the only Constitutionally valid thing: easing restrictions and eliminating the vast majority of gun control laws.

Freedom called, I answered.

Notice there's no option to vote for reducing existing gun controls Exactly. Then we have this limited choice:
Which do you think is the best way to cut down on crimes involving guns?
Better police work ---Yeah, ok, but how about more gunowners? Didn't see that choice either.
To: FreedomCalls
"Push poll" is right. Do you worry about being a victim of gun crime? Puhleese! Done, and done.

Having more information available on guns and gun owners
Other -> Allow CCW by all citizens in good standing.

Or how about actually punishing the perps?

BTTT
I notice, by the way, there was no way to vote for "we have too many gun restrictions as it is."

My own preference would be to give the criminals very long sentences with no parole. It's not shoddy police work or too many guns that lets these guys get away with their crimes, it's the fact that we keep slapping them on the wrist and releasing them back into society.
If we would just imprison the criminals and deport the illegal aliens we would cut our crime problem in half.

Here is the "poll," it seems to be a bit one sided an there is of course not a single passing thought of INCREASING the amount of gun ownership and gun ownership is never referred to in the "poll" in the plural. There is also propaganda in the poll, firearms have not been available by mail order in decades.
Not one reference to owning more than one firearm...Do you:
Keep a gun for self defense
Own guns for hunting and sport shooting
Own a gun but never use it
Not own a gun
This is about a useless but revealing question, I answered "I never worry!" Why should I ? I'm armed!
Do you:
Worry often about being attacked by someone with a gun
Worry sometimes
Hardly ever worry
Never worry
Not sure
No option to increase the availability or reduce the restrictions on firearm ownership....
The U.S. Constitution protects the right of citizens to bear arms, and firearms are
widely available via every distribution method from mail order to discount stores. Do you
think the availability of guns in America is:
About right
Should be somewhat restricted
Should be limited to gun shops that are closely regulated
Don't know
AHHHH the old gun license/driver license routine... how quaint!
Do you think that it would make sense for anyone who buys a gun to have to register it at
regular intervals, similar to the existing state-based system for registering motor
vehicles?
No
Yes
Don't know
Do you think that it would make sense to license gun owners at regular intervals, just
as car owners must renew their state operating licenses every two or three years?
No
Yes
Don't know
Ballistic fingerprinting... makes about as much sense as bottling f@r+s?
Do you think it would make sense to have "ballistic fingerprinting," in which records
would be kept of the distinguishing marks a gun leaves on bullet casings in hopes of
more easily tying a criminal to a crime?
No
Yes
Don't know
Once again, no option here for INCREASED gun ownership providing for a better armed population...
Which do you think is the best way to cut down on crimes involving guns?
Better police work
Having more information available on guns and gun owners
Other
Don't know

FreePed 1824 Central Standard Time.
Notice that you cannot answer "I keep a gun" for ALL OF THE ABOVE reasons.
Also, they somehow forgot to have an option for stating that "...current gun regulation...is: TOO RESTRICTIVE!!"
They must have forgotten those responses when they went to print.

I started to take the gun poll, but found the questions and multiple choice answers strange and I quit. To me it's quite simple - Americans have the right to defend themselves from criminals and government.
The Money Mangers issue is very important as many of them are quite crooked. Learn to manage your own money - it will become more important if, one day, you will have to learn how to invest some of your Social Security money.

"Notice that you cannot answer "I keep a gun" for ALL OF THE ABOVE reasons. "
A hooey...?
I have "enough" for your purpose and mine, and maybe some more that exceed "ALL OF THE ABOVE"...
Please check "home pages" before coming down on folks who are proud to and will defend.
Possibly you have misread my response, for I have more problems with lying and cheating fraudulent bastards in the world of finance and the congress than the firearm issue.
The lying assholes in Congress have the capacity to take the Second Amendment from us, no stupid little Liberal Socialistic poll will ever effect you or I as will the short minded idiots in D.C.
Good God, the country is sick and tired of liars, cheats, thieves...maybe not in the numbers we want, but the turnaround is becoming evident.
The bitching, the whining and lying and innuendo should be left to the "Left", for they are losing in an exponential fashion.
"The Truth is Out There", and the Socialists cannot stand it.
When we say "Shake on it", we make a deal...
When the Leftists say "shake", they mean dope or an abhorrent behavior.
Been there, done some of it, and it is a pisser, for nothing is real for the liars of the left.
You've already caught my thought... good for you...
