Aiona is part Fillipino, a large voting block who all went to Cayetano (a Fillipino) in 98. I think Lingle has solid support among the teachers, as she is proposing separate school boards on all the islands. Hawaii is the only state that has one (yes, one) school board.

Pretty funny but also very eerie. The Dems are not big on irony, because they otherwise would have to recognize the "Cult of Charisma."
