I don't know if it has been presented.
This young man just bought his first home. They had to sign some papers and have them notarized.
There is a finger print kit that they have to use. You put your thumb on the pad and then put your print over or by your signature after the person checks your id. The ink stuff comes off with a simple wipe of a Kleenix.
With the elections coming up and all the voter fraud in Kali and across the land, he thought of this simple concept. He said that the people signing you in would not even to ask for an Id (I'm all for showing a legal Id). The mere fact that a fingerprint was being taken would scare many illegal voters away.
He feels that many felons vote Rat in Oakland, SF, LA and Sacramento. If they are out on parole and vote illegally and are caught with a fingerprint. They then go back to jail with another couple of sentences.

A belated thank you for the ping. Interesting.

...and those with glaucoma or missing fingers?
Just prosecute the ones we find, with hefty sentences. This is a crime right up there with any of the recognized "civil rights" violations.
