What is this Donahue anti-gun crap on MSNBC?
MSNBC

Why did Larry Pratt agree to be on this show with the Brady campaign and Donahue? I'm going to be sick.

Now I remember why I don't watch TV.

It is the beltway disease. Larry Pratt doesn't get a lot of invitations to appear on TV.

I haven't seen it, but Larry is usually pretty good. Two to one is hard to overcome, though. How did it go?

Phil looks like he needs medication. If he got in my face like he just got in Larry's I would have punched him. Plus, his response didn't refer to Larry's statement.

Is that old relic still around? Poor MSNBC....how pitiful for them to have reached this point....
To: Sir Gawain
I hear you, but that jewelery store owner was worth his weight in gold.
To: DoughtyOne
Yeah, Donahue couldn't say much to counter that.
To: Sir Gawain
"We made a choice years ago to not put ourselves at the mercy of armed robers." Deal with it Donahue! Two perps are now room temperature. Waaaaaaaaaa...
To: Sir Gawain
Larry's also letting the Brady dweeb get away with stating outright lies (gun 22x more likely to kill family member, ballistic fingerprinting solves crimes in NYC). Larry needs to start speaking up and calling people liars.
Phil's ratings are tanking, hopefully he'll be off air soon.

If we get gun rights people on and they don't defend us, we can't blame it on Donahue. We need new gun rights people! I don't mind this issue being debated in public if we have the right folks doing it.

Score one Pratt!
This Brady butthead just lied his ass off. He doesn't want anyone to have handguns period. He said otherwise.
To: DoughtyOne
Donawho just posted the gun death figures for a number of nations. Their's something like 350 max, our 11,500 apx. Pratt said, yep but Switzerland has fully automatic weapons in every home and fewer gun deaths than anyone. Donawho nearly passed out! Love it.
To: DoughtyOne
Larry's getting more assertive now. Phil shut him up.

Pratt and that gun owner are outnumbered.
Pratt didn't get a chance to explain gun fingerprinting either. He blew it there because he had the floor and made the wrong argument.
To: ibbryn
It takes only a few moments to change the figerprint of a weapon. Thus they are worthless.
To: DoughtyOne
Man, if Phil would put us on tv we'd be kicking his a$$!

"It is the beltway disease." It has got to be. The man (Rip van Donahue) looks like he just walked straight out of one of those seventies slasher movies. My three year old niece started screaming when he came on screen, as God is my witness. Ya gotta wonder if somebody's good-looking swishy-hipped "nephew" is doing programming for MSNBC. There is no other rational explanation.

Then we can give the police our DNA, this will solve rapes & murders. How about we make a "fingerprint" of our car tires? Or, better yet, let's just TELL the police where we're going when we leave the house, and WHEN we'll be back. After all...it's JUST A TOOL TO HELP THE POLICE.
