I dont thinks ANWR is a Nat'l Park, but I think Bush will get the 60 votes if he raises the fuel standard for trucks next year and invest in wind power, etc. the state of Texas is getting big into wind power these days.....those HUGE eggbeater windmills will spin to a profit....perfect for farmland and old oil land.
