Imagine a face like this in 30 years. He would be the first self rightious narcissist to donate, I'd bet. Al Gore would beg for it so he can go back into politics and live in Harlem.

I was going to suggest transplanting Janet Reno's face to a cow's butt when she passes on...
but I doubt anybody would notice the difference,
and besides, I kinda like cows, and that would be cruel.
