Al in all it was a good show no real knock out blow, but much to my surprise Tavis Smiley was even handed and allowed me to make all my points.

What's with Son of Jesse and his speech patterns? Some time back - before Junior got 'all growed up' - he talked like everyone else. But lately, since he's in the big time now, his speech rivals Jesse, Sr. He enunciates syllables, and seems to have effected his tone.
What's he trying to do? Be noticed?

Good.
Go get that scumbag.
Jack$on Junior has just been making one ridiculous, racist statement after another, seemingly there is no one there to answer him.
Makes me sick..

Now, I have to ask - did JJJ say that he should be "censored" or "censured"?

Oh-I wish I had heard it-you said it was taped-has it actually played? Do you know when his show is on?
Thank you so much for your good sense and your dedication to the content of character over all else.
Have always wondered, Trueblackman, if Byrd voted for Thurmond and was secretly very happy that Lott's comments were blown up into mind boggling proportions in order to have a target beneficial to the DNC? I mean-ya have to wonder if he is "Boy-sure am glad the press is in the liberal dems fat hip pockets or that could be MOI instead of Trent!"

After I stated the facts Congressmen Jackson became really pissed to the point I had to ask him to calm down.Geeez. Poor congressman Jackson-with a dad like he has, ya wonder if the guy stands a chance at understanding good character. Not that Lott has it, he might, I dunno know, I vascillate all over the place when considering Trent Lott. But YOU DO! You have terrific 'character' (and it shows!)

I don't know how to get that show, but hey, give 'em hell anyway.

Top notch job.
Your remark, in contrasting the Clinton and Bush White House, about the Democrat Party as the "party of tokenism" is spot on.
You need more gigs! I do not have cable. So I rely on radio and FR for information.
Have you considered seeing if you could get on Imus?

You've got guts, TBM. Keep the faith.

I pointed out that his fellow CBC Members were misleading people in the statement "That the majority leader is 4th in line for the Presidency." Actually, for the moment, the fourth in line for the presidency is none other than "Sheets" Byrd of West Virginia (President pro tem of the Senate).

I have to somehow, get you over here to Monmouth County, New Jersey to speak in front of some of the educational wingnuts in my predominantly black neighborhood..
I got hard working people here...and their kids are being fed a line of crap.
That's the Asbury Park/Neptune area...you might know the area.

Kevin,
It was a great listen. I cannot tell you what a joy it was to hear you demand that the Democratic Party treat others as they treat their own. Keep up the good work. We need all of the voices of reason we can get.
To: Trueblackman
I watched you the other night on Fox and you were great. Thanks for your efforts to inform, enlighten, and bring a sense of dignity to being a True Black Man.

I listened to the entire show on the Internet. Bravo, Kevin! Bravo! [Sound of standing ovation!]
You did very well against Congressman Jackson. Jackson is a smooth talker, smoother than his father. You stood toe to toe with him and made much more sense. Loved your points about KKK Byrd and Monica-Clinton. You made very proud to know you from FR !

Masterful job, Trueblackman! I'd only add that you might have asked the Rev., Jr. about that oath he took to uphold the Constitution. He'd best get to reading the fine print. And I'm not just talking about the line of succession.
He probably doesn't even know that the President of the Senate is Dick Cheney. Or am I being too harsh? Maybe he does, and maybe he'd rather mislead. Nah.
Btw, the reason that the Majority Leader is not mentioned in the Constitution is because the President Pro-Tem is an officer of the entire body, while the Maj. Leader is a political officer. Lott's position is a product of the two-party system, not the Constitution. That office evolved over time. It's a 20th Century name. Before it was informal, and the leading Senator usually took the Appropriations Chair. The Senate is an odd beast, made up of personalities, each of whom holds the same power as any other. That a Representative shows such ignorance of the Senate is embarrassing. I suppose the Senate ought like this, as they enjoy holding themselves about that vulgar, lower body.
I'm intrigued by the reference to Monica. Why attack your own to get at another? Did he really think it was an effective argument, or is there something else he's getting at? Or has the Clintoon legacy finally taken hold? If JJJ wants to bring up Monica, I'm game. Let's put Lott under oath, and in a court of law, and ask him if he ever had sexual relations with Strom Thurmond.
Just seems like an odd time to remind us of Monica.
Onwards to "Censur." Of what? Does us no real good to retort with the "censure" of someone else. Instead, why don't we take Triple-J at his word: OK, let's censure Lott. Let's slap a restraining order on him, denying him access to 1948 and racism in all its forms. Let's forbid him any mention of "race."
That'll effectively block 3/4's of the Black Caucus' legislation.
I'm in awe of people like you who can speak quick, precise and effective words. It's an art that I see you shall perfect with further practice. Congratulations!
