Al in all it was a good show no real knock out blow, but much to my surprise Tavis Smiley was even handed and allowed me to make all my points.

Eh, Hit post too quickly. I was going off of what was said here, but when I clicked the links, the "page cannot be displayed" came up. A search of NPR.org found the story, but same results. I'll have to take everyone's word for it, but still, damned fine job!

Four he tried to pull the Clinton Personal Life Monica Thing and that we all knew what we were getting when Clinton was elected and Republicans went after him over a personal mistake.

It wasn't Republicans that went after Clinton for his adulterous activity at first. Clinton was the former governor of Arkansas before all that got started. Being accused of being a womanizer made Clinton! Besides, it is disingenuous for JessJackJr to suggest that "we all knew what we were getting" when Clinton was elected because he and Hillary made durn sure we understood that any philandering that he might have done (remember, he never admitted it in the 60 Minutes interview) was over and done with.

Would JessJackJr agree that now we know his daddy more reckless than Clinton about where he spreads his seed (Monica didn't have a baby, just a ruined dress), he should expect more secret half-sisters in the future? After all don't "we all know what we are getting" in JessJackSr?

I quickly pointed out that Clinton did make a personal mistake but it was a perfessional since he was in the White House when it happened

We shouldn't lose track of what the issues were regarding Lewinsky.

To the best of my memory, these are the facts: Lewinsky was "a personal mistake" at first, but she became more than just personal when Clinton scrambled to make sure she stayed "personal." When Clinton was shocked to discover that Paula Jones' lawyers knew about her, he committed perjury in a deposition, mentioned Betty Currie's name as if she could back up his story, and quickly arranged a discussion with Currie to get his story straight in case she was subpoenaed. Then the stories about Lewinsky being a "stalker" were bandied about by Sidney Blumenthal (among others), and Vernon Jordan was enlisted to get her a cushy job fast. Remember, the day the story broke on Drudge, she had just landed a gig with Revlon, home of billionaire Clintonoid Ron Perelman. In the aftermath, the offer was withdrawn.

In short, The President of the United States attempted to use the power of his office to fix a civil suit against him. That was not a "personal mistake." That was felonious, and IMHO, he should have been convicted by the Senate.

Kevin, J.J. Jr. ain't smart enough to debate you my friend. I've seen you work-I've seen him work. He's dumb as a box of rocks. If ever I've seen anybody riding his daddy's coattails ,(such as they are) it's him.

I paid $35 to go see Larry Gatlin and his brothers last night sing Christmas songs at the historic Ryman Auditorium here in Nashville.
Ida paid for a ticket to have seen that debate too!LOL

TBM, I love it when I see you on shows such as this,
it gives me a chance to point out to my wife some of the fine people here on FR.
She always rags on me about being on FR. Last time you were on FNC, I told
her I had exchanged a few notes with you. She was quite impressed.
Keep up the good fight. You always make me proud to know that you are a Freeping Great person.
Liked the picture of the right cross to Lanny's face,
to bad it wasn't full force it would have made a nice improvement.(ha ha ha)

You should have said that it wasn't the one they were calling a racist Majority Leader of the Senate that was 4th in line, but the racist Democrat that they are protecting that is currently 4th in line for the Presidency.
