Store officials say damage could reach $20,000 after a man wearing a 12-can beer box with eyeholes walked into a Davenport Hy-Vee Food Store, spraying produce with a fire extinguisher.

Agreed. I lived in Davenport all my life until two years ago. I now live in Moline.
Nothing in the local papers about this...

Nothing on talk radio yesterday although I missed part of it. Didn't check the tv news. It says Davenport but it must be the Bettendorf Hy-Vee. I think there is only the one in Bettendorf on Middle and Devil's Glen Roads.
If I find out more, I'll update.
