If getting in the streets to support our troops is not your cup of tea, you can help by sending your elected officials a
Resolution To Support Our Troops in your town.

I'll be FReeping Fort Collins tommorrow.
The local Canada goose population shall be spared until another day. I've been hunting geese for most of my life and the weather for tommorrow will be much better for FReeping than goose hunting.
Take it to em for me in Loveland and Longmont!!
I'll post a report from Fort Collins tomorrow night.

RICE FOR PEACE, huh, let me think.
Instant or converted rice? Microwave or stove top? Is wild rice OK? Is a box of chicken, mushroom, or garlic and herb rice acceptable? Are the peace-niks accepting rice donations tomorrow?
This is just too many decisions, I think I'll pass.

Hee hee -- it will scare the left if we give it the same name in different cities. They'll think us quite coordinated.

Way to go Colorado! Land of Lincoln FReepers are getting together tomorrow too. FINO's no more!

We happened through one of the main drags in Longmont last weekend. When we first went through, a lone guy was standing by the Pumphouse--I think he had a "Bush is Right" sign. When we drove by later, there was more of a crowd. One sign that I read before we drove by was "Pacifists are Freedom's Parasites". I did notice the group across the street standing in a circle. I didn't see any signs so I sort of surmised they were the counter protesters. On the update of the FReep someone posted a picture of the group from across the street--It said, "Nice Circle"--ha, ha. Maybe one of these Saturdays I'll venture up north to meet some of you guys and show my support for this country. I'm in Aurora. Great work.

My "Bush is Right" sign drives em nuts! I'm glad you saw us on the corner, next time stop in and we will give you a sign or flag to hold. You are welcome to join us anytime!

The lone guy was Trteamer. He set up early to claim the corner. The rest of us showed up at 2:00 to Freep them.

Top of the morning to you. I have to pick one of my daughters up from a Girl Scout get together at 12:30 and run her over to the high school at 12:30. I will probably just run over to the corner in Loveland and Freep for two hours.

Thanks for the invite. I think I will do that. Right now my car is out of commission--won't start when it gets cold. My dad thinks it might have moisture in the gas line that froze during this cold snap. I'm a little nervous about being out there--I've never FReeped before. Do the counter protesters ever get confrontational? Is it okay to bring the little guys? Good luck to you today. I'll be looking forward for the update on how it goes.

Sure! Bring your sons along. Softengine often brings her two sons to the Ft. Collins rally - where the peaceniks are more confrontational than Longmont. And I've taken my daughter to all 3 rallies (she can't make it to Longmont today due to auditions at 2PM) and my son to Ft. Collins and Loveland. RMRattlesnake and BikerTrash often bring their whole families out, and in fact I hear RMR plans to bring his family to Longmont today. We all look forward to meeting you.

Freeping is fun! People bring their kids & their dogs. (There's even a few on the "other side".) So far, the only confrontation has been a few peaceniks who want to "just talk" & nobody gets nasty (at least none that I've encountered.) It is so great when people drive by & honk & wave. Last week, one couple saw us, drove to a grocery store & came back to give us juice & cookies!
I hope your car defrosts in time to join us next week.

Freeping is fun. We had a great time meeting all of ya'll and supporting what is right and good in this great country of ours. God Bless America, President Bush, our troops, and all of you wonderful Freepers! We want to post some pictures of today, sent them to FiveToes and they did not go thru. We could use some help from someone on how to post them.
