You know, I love the sound of deafening roar of FReeper rebuttal in the morning. Er, evening.
I've read the Qu'ran completely, plus a chunk of the Hadith. I think I know more than a "bare minimum" about Islam. I know enough about it to know it was born in blood and slaughter, that its founder was a killer, robber, and pedophile, and that its followers enjoy killing infidels
I know from the history of Islam that it only functioned while it was expanding, and thus had an inflow of loot, women, and slaves who knew how to run a civilization.
I know that once the supply of loot and slaves was halted, that Islamic countries sank into poverty and backwardness
I know that the only reason we have Muslims today who are doing anything above goat herding is because of oil -- but the oil is running out
And I have complete faith that the world will eventually be cleansed of the insane murder-cult called Islam
"I will make my body a bomb," said the boy, "that will blast the flesh of Zionists, the sons of pigs and monkeys.... I will tear their bodies into little pieces and will cause them more pain than they will ever know." His classmates shouted in response, "Allah Akhbar," [God is great] and his teacher shouted, "May the virgins give you pleasure." Islam Unveiled, Robert Spencer cites Jack Kelley's article in USA Today describing the latter's visit to a school run by Hamas... an eleven year old boy reported this to his class.BTW, the term "fundamentalist" isn't a loop hole for the Religion of Peace... it's absolutely forbidden to be non-fundamentalist in Islam. That's why fatwahs are issued (or aren't issued); that's why muhammadens utilize pseudonyms whenever they risk criticizing Islam. When was the last time a Christian fundementalist, or an orthodox Jew, hid their identity from their brothers in faith?
The sooner the better.
They are not legally required to do so in any way, shape or form. This is a matter of perception, not of strict culpability. The Pope is not responsible for pedophile priests per se, he didn't tell them to go molest children. Cardinal Law didn't molest anyone, either. The furor was over their reluctance to police their own organization, and speak out against the evil in their midst. Private Catholic citizens and groups were far more vocal than any Papal organ.
Is the Catholic Church in general and the Pope in specific guilty of pedophilia. No. Was there widespread abuse of power and trust? Yes. The organization and its adherents will be judged by how they deal with their own sins.
Islam is no different. Some mosques are nerve centers for terrorist cells. Many Imams are culpable.
Are Muslims in general and their alim guilty of terrorism. No. Is there widespread abuse of power and trust? Yes. The organization and its adherents will be judged by how they deal with their own sins.
I wouldn't know, but I do remember when a new poster named "Rackle" had the same treatment.
So the motivation finally slips out. You want media attention? Try constructing something beneficial to humanity. I might give that same advice to the Islamic nations of the world, not one of which has accomplished anything to be admired.
Blow it out your ass, you misguided little cowardly twirp (and yes, I'm calling you names; but hey, if the shoe fits, put explosives in it.)
"Not to be a nitpicker, but isn't that tomorrow?"
It's not tomorrow in the middle east, it's NOW (Feb 12th).
Elementary my dear Watson; you've stumbled upon the fact that mrpiedlourd is posting here from someplace where it is tomorrow, most likely the middle east. Now, where is Lestrade.
Sadly, they are not more Eastern, or they'd be considerably less violent. You'll never read of a Buddhist terror cell or a Taoist suicide bomber. They are explicity peaceful religions, wheras Islam is explicitly confrontational. Their sacred texts point them in different directions.
What news network is going to televise Islamic charities in action or Muslim peace rallies
That would be CNN. They'd play footage of a Muslim peace rally in a heartbeat. They'd report on a Muslim charity that doesn't go to terrorist groups as well.
It isn't what bigoted people want to see or hear and it doesn't garner ratings.
Its not an issue of bigotry, its an issue of evidence. People want to see and hear the truth far more than they are allowed. The reason they don't see it is that the truth is much uglier than the networks feel they are ready to see. This prevents us from having an informed debate as to the situation we are in, and keeps us stuck into vague platitudes and misconceptions.
And yes, they are fundamentally peaceful, despite the jeers of other posters. Islam MEANS 'peace' or 'submission'.
Find me a border between an Islamic nation and a non-Islamic one, and I'll show you a conflict. Islam does not mean 'peace' per se, it means 'submission to Allah'. This 'peace', the Dar al Salaam, is under the political control of Islamic leaders. The Dar al Haarb, is everything else.
So yes, Islam will mean 'peace' after its rulers have political control of the entire world, and the Dar al Haarb is gone. Educate yourself, son. That there can be no real peace between the two houses is law, Islamic law.
In the study with the nurse? But it's still yesterday there?

Either way, good riddance.
I just hope he's not in a cell somewhere being tortured for screwing up a marketing idea by testing it on FR.

The fastest way to get rid of a Muslim poster is to taunt him about the notorious inability of Muslim men to satisfy their women, like I did in #39. Why do you think female genital mutilation is so popular in Muslim countries? So that their women have no way of telling how bad their men are as lovers
