What a way for Saddam to get smallpox into this country, than to expose these retards the day before they fly home. We don't do any health screening. Those "Americans" involved in this treason should be refused entry back into the U.S. until they are thoroughly investigated for what crimes they may have committed in aiding and giving comfort to our enemy. Then they should be given two choices - permanent denial of entry back into the U.S. or allow them to enter back into the U.S. to stand trial and be incarcerated for their crime.

I don't like as much as you don't like it, but an official Declaration of War is no longer used, but instead an Authorization of Force. Legally, technically, literally the same thing. Congress says go - bombs drop.

There is a very specific set of laws that also happens to have a great deal of age regarding citizenship and the way that you lose it. The US Code is available on the web, as are some cases and quite a few websites. You wanna find 'em, go get 'em, tiger.

Clause 2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Testimony of two witnesses...how about their pass-ports, TV cameras and their fellow traitors?

If the United States Constitution means anything at all, then these people should be tried in not your usual court, they have become Military Combatants by placing themselves at the enemy’s disposal.
