That would be a great boost for the UN. It's already irrelevent and with the addition of bent willie, the lying, cheating and perverted klinton, they will really be toast and also the laughing stock of the real world.
Therefore it sounds like a great idea to me.

US should exercise her VETO power on this one !!! According to the UN Charter, no citizen of one of the permanent members of the Security Council can hold the position of Secretary General of the UN.

We don't even have to veto this one...there is a rule in the charter that no one from the big 5 can be the UN chief. Its generally always a 3rd world guy who was a college president. I can't see what Bill intends to do as UN chief...there is no function to it...but you would get alot of interns...perhaps thats the main focus here.
