Don't let a thread like this slip by you just because we are at war.

Are there any other download-able internet audio players that might be compatible with this. I hate giving my credit card info over to real networks even if I do cancel my subscription to them. It's like signing up with AOL

Real has a freebee. No need to pay.

you need to use Zone Alarm to keep it fromm calling home however.

Thank you so much. We have so many obtuse individuals here that anything factual helps.

Deeply appreciated.

Thanks for your help, the truly-free audioplayer is buried on the website, as compared to their "freepass" which you have to pay for. I can't believe I am downloading it at this hour of night.

My wife and I flew on flight 800 about 3 weeks before it blew up--we went to Paris for our honeymoon. This was truly one of those "there but for the grace of God go I" situations

Glad to help. I forgot to tell you how they hide it. LOL!

Also, very glad you did not make that particular flight.

Sorry I am not computer-smart enough to figure this stuff out - would someone mind posting the gist of this, or its significance? TNX

It is a recording of the air traffic controller telling the planes where to fly and about three-quarters of the way through one of the other planes reports seeing an explosion and two fireballs (Flight 800) descending into the water. One of the planes (Coast Guard I beleive) goes on to report seeing it still burning on the water and gives the air traffic controller the latitude and longitude of the fireballs on the water.

The recording is pretty hard to follow, you gotta admire these air traffic controllers and the job they have to do. I dont know if I could keep up with all those planes in the sky.
