jst got in

reported to surgery june 4 on time

tried to do nerve block, no good ' went under anesthesia

doc found 3x damage mri showed

torn bicep tendon: fixed and reattached, non arthroscopic, done from outside, stitches

torn lumbrula?(sp?)removed bad tissue, not fixable, sewn bac up

reattached known torn tendons, infraspinatus,supraspinatus frm mri

anesthesia made me sick, had to stay over night

extent of injuries found does not extend recovery time

pain is miniscule compared to what I expected.

I was in pain for 2 months prior to surgery, so this is nothing new

Race! I feel for ya! I had a horrible reaction to the anesthetic after my shoulder surgery too. They wanted me to come back to the hospital, I was so sick. Yeah right. I stayed home.

i asked , how could i shovel driveway and do lat rowing exercides wih all this!

Amazing, isn't it? Considering everything that I have been doing during my injury, the doc was pretty amazed too. But mine isn't even close to yours. BTW, did you get scope pictures? I posted mine a few days after my surgery. What a hoot!

Don't forget to take your pain meds before it makes it up to 10/10. You actually use less that way.
