It is downright silly that your inability to control yourself is so profound, that you feel compelled not only to perpetually think about men who "habitually put their penises in other people's anuses", but that you want to break into their bedroom to put a stop to it.

Hey, if it were up to me, I would never discuss such things. The fact that the Supreme Court of the US has been debased to such an extent that they stoop to making rulings about anal sex is more the issue. Due to this absurdity, I'm forced to talk about it very much against my will.

I just refuse to sugar-coat the issue with cute little euphemisms like "gay sex." There's nothing "gay" about using the poop-chute as a vagina. It's vile, filthy, and hazardous to your health.

The homos brought up the issue and then you go and have a hissy fit when someone calls a spade, a spade. You gotta love it.

Agreed. Doesn't the old testament also contain a lot of human sacrifice?

There was absolutely NOTHING libertarian about the French Revolution.

What are you kidding? It was pure anarchy ... which is where we'd end up if (God forbid) libertine-arianism ever became the ruling ideology. Bank on it.

Had people like yourself not first conspired to criminalize the private sexual behavior of censenting adults to begin with, the Supreme Court would not have been addressing the issue today.

But I rather suspect that you still would.

Clever... but beside the point. That is talking about accusing someone of being utterly unredeemable.

I am dissappointed that so many Freepers do not see the harm that is being done to the culture.

But what if I want to form my own society? What if I don't want to be affected by people who engage in anti-social behaviors whatsoever? You see, as hard as you try, I'm still going to have to pick up the costs for anti-social behaviors in some way. As long as I'm sharing a society with perverts, they're going to affect me in some way. We'll vote in the same elections, pay the same taxes, and so on. It's impossible not to be affected by people you share a society with.

Let's say I want to form my own society with other social conservatives. Let's call it Bluenoseprudeland. And then you libertarians and all your drug-addled, pervert friends can form your own society, Transvestitistan. That way, we can both be happy and live around people we like.

Don't I have a 'right' to live the way I wish, around the people I wish to live around? Isn't this the essence of libertarianism?

How to even reply to this?

You certainly must see that bringing up some nebulous "criminal acts" vs. "moral acts" is ridiculous right? If everyone in this world understood that "these are just criminal acts"(stomping like a two year old) then why is murder acceptable in many many places? Could it be because their "moral code" does not prohibit them from taking a life? ahh--hah so the criminal acts of a nation just might be based on moral codes or lack of them? And if people are willing to take the risk of being murdered in this country so that they can murder something else and reject the moral code that prohibits murder, do you not think someday that we may overturn that too based on personal liberty? This is a ridiculous argument all around. Some folks here are so foolish to not think that they are eroding at that which sets us apart from the rest of the world and it will be to their detriment too someday. I only wish the handful of us who see reality had more to stop up the dam then our fingers.

No.

It was pure anarchy

1) Libertarianism is not anarchy.

2) The French Revolution begat authoritarian government, not anarchy.

License? Try "Freedom" jacka$$. You seem to enjoy yours, but don't want those other "icky" people "over there" to enjoy theirs.

Kinda makes you a hypocrite.

Those lacking such faculties (children,

Um wrong, many children and as early as age 9-10 have the mental capacity to consent. Only arbitrary law with the redundant term “consensual adult” prevents their capacity to consent. Legal capacity to consent is measured by an IQ of 70-75 or above in every state and many many children have that capacity whether you admit it or not.

Each individual adult human being (which meets the aforementioned criteria) acts in accordance with his own values, as he defines them.

Except when it come to the children mentioned above, ones personal property AKA animals or consenting relatives that meet the same criteria above that would make you a hypocrite.

ONLY in a political system in which each abstains from initiated force and fraud, is each man otherwise free to act in accordance with his will.

Ah Yes, the big Liberaltarian experiment, society and culture be damned.

Try listening to the New Kids on the Block Christmas album for the entire drive from the Bay Area to LA due to a spoiled little sister. I am forever jaded about the Holidays.

Since I am against the Homosexual Agenda I do see it creeping in as today's SCOTUS reflects.

Do you know that in the San Francisco Unified School District it's IMPERITIVE to teach that homosexuality is normal?

How about dildo class taught to your 12 year old middle schooler? This really was taught to kids here in SFUSD - a LIBERAL FATHER had to go court to get parents to APPROVE of that.

How about $7 million dollars from the STATE (your tax dollars) to a gay/lesbian/transgender building in your city?

How about billboards with gay sex on them that say Stop Aids where anyone, kids, seniors, anyone can see?

Is that good enough?

How about when the police try to arrest gays for public sex they are labeled homophobic and the case is thrown out so that the police don't bother?

That good enough for you?

You think I'm obsessed? This is every day life for me.

Re: The French Rev.

"It was pure anarchy ..."

That's right. It wasn't driven by libertarian ideas though.

But, hey, go for it.

Well, first, I think that I could take about 45% of the population of the U.S. with me (the percent that thinks homosexuality should be illegal), probably more since abortion and other things would be illegal there.

So, you're ok with this?

let the pendulum go too far and it will correct itself in good time.

And pray tell, do you have children with which to stake this little experiment on?
