If they are going to go to hell and if God is omniscient, then God created them knowing full well that he was going to send them to hell. So no matter how you slice it, they were destined for hell before they were created. You make the mistake of putting God within time and thus cannot comprehend that everything is NOW with God eternally.
The creation of us all is one NOW to God and cannot change from the eternal love created by Him freely.He created us out of love in one NOW to freely Choose Him and Freely love Him or reject Him
Your God is an evil zeus who lives within the time of which the human mind and makes sacrifice to the devil.
