This has been offered at my Mom’s area hospital in northern Michigan (Catholic affiliated, no less) for years. Of course you can go to a convent in Adrian, MI, with its ashram sign out front.

A recent study revealed that placebos are just as effective as real meds in relieving pain, even when the doctor told the patients they were taking placebos! We will be hearing a lot more of these specious studies as government health care kicks in, because we simply can’t afford real medication. That’s why ALL government employees should be forced to have the very same medical care, such as it will be, as we tax drones will have.
