Hi, I've never felt led to post a vanity prayer request before.
My husband's boss got news that his 18(ish)-year-old son was in a car accident and is now fighting for his life. Word is that there are internal injuries and bleeding in the brain.
I don't know his name or any other details. My husband's boss is a wonderful man (ex-military!) and would covet prayers for the healing of his son.

Unfortunately, info is very scant.
However, we have heard that it is looking grim. Apparently, there is no detectable brain activity.

The young man's name is DJ.
The family may possible be faced with heart-wrenching decisions. My heart goes out to them.
They will face hardship, of that there is no doubt, however, what is of no doubt is that God will be watching over them.
As I just replied to a kind poster through FReepmail, our family has been through tragedy (on my homepage). However, we were never faced with this difficult situation.
But you are so right, God is always with us.
Prayers continue for DJ (thank you for his name) and strength for his family.

Sadly, just posted that DJ passed away. He was 19. :(

I am so very sorry to read this. So sad. When I saw my ping I had a sinking feeling it would be bad news. Continued prayers for DJ’s loved ones.
