Apologizing is a way of asking forgiveness. I think you acted in a very Christ=like way.

Not to us, O LORD, not to us
but to your name give glory
because of your mercy, because of your truth.
Why should the pagans say,
Where is their God?
R. Not to us, O Lord, but to your name give the glory.

I will respect threads where they talk about their saints and pope and other extraneous matter. But when they consign ever Christian to hell for not being a part of their cult, that goes over a line.

It is not unusual for a religion to say that there is no salvation outside of their group. That goes with the territory.
But this caucus is not speaking of the beliefs of non-members of the caucus - it is simply saying that, according to their own beliefs, few will make it.
If you are not a member of the caucus, then do not post on this thread. There are PLENTY "open" Religion Forum threads to disagree with their doctrines.
But not here.

Very sobering. One must balance this in recognizing the infinite Mercy of God. Our Lady of Mercy help us.
Christ Have Mercy.
Lord have Mercy.
Christ have mercy.

My bad. I took it for an exchange of opinions and beliefs about the Christian religion and Holy Scriptures, and the teachings pertinent thereto.

I will try to remember to place a flashing
notice on post #1 in the future.
I know Voris is contentious, but this is a new extreme LOL.
Makes one wonder what the 20 or more deleted posts out of 38 had to say.
Thank you RM for your diligence.

(Nothing emboldens the wicked so greatly as the lack of courage on the part of the good-Pope Leo XIII)
