Prayer Request for My Nephew's 6 year old Son Due to Accident. [Update #74]

May I ask you to pray for my nephew’s 6 1/2 year old son? He was on a camping trip with family, and they were toasting marshmellows and the little guy swung the red hot wire hanger they were using for the toasting right into his precious eye, by accident of course! He is in surgery right now.His parents are Christians and attend Church with their beloved family. He is the sweetest little boy. Kind and very well mannered. He is adored by all. Thank you so much for your prayers and may Our Lord bless richly you. Please feel free to put this on your church or Prayer Group Prayer List.Thank you again.

Anecdote here.......Roasting marshmallows and one of my daughters was dancing around with her marshmallow on fire on the end of her stick. She then tripped and landed her little rear on the hot grill.

Off to the hospital we went.

I said a prayer for him, and also for his parents. It’s so easy to blame yourself as a parent when there was nothing they could have done. My daughter was dancing one day and tripped and hit her eye on the lower corner of an ottoman, the only place on the whole thing not padded! She injured her eye and we had to rush to the ER. That was five years ago, everything is fine, but I blamed myself. But what could I have done? Told her not to dance?
