Prayers for the young man’s health and successful treatment.
Prayers lifted.
I’m not a praying sort, but I have some good thoughts for the little whipper snapper. Hope he feels better soon.
Very scary stuff.
My son had a brain tumor diagnosed four years ago next month. He was 10 at the time. Size of a golf ball. It turned out to be benign, and he recovered fully.
He still has a hard time holding his head up straight, he only tastes on one side of his tongue, and his retinas are crooked, but other than those very, very minor things, he's well and doing great.

Praying with understanding for Lucas! Have confidence in God’s gift of excellent neurosurgeons and surgical equipment, anesthetists, surgical nurses, talented and caring tecnicians and nurses in the NCU unit Lucas will be in, and loving family and friends. Pray that the tumor is non-malignant. Pray that the areas of motor skills, thinking, and speech need not be disturbed. But in the beginning of consciousness while recovering from the procedure, there will just be him and The Loving God, and a seeming suspension of time. He will have a special time with the Lord, alone.
I know, because last September 19 I was diagnosed with a large cranial mass and rushed to hospital. On Monday a meningioma about 4 x 2.5 x 1.5 inches was removed. By Friday I was fit to leave the hospital, and the next day I walked out. It was a wonderful experience, with some great time with The Lord, excellent food, and superior care. Ask God that it my be like this for Lucas, perhaps. Pray that this may be an exciting venture not to fear, guided by the Prince of Peace! Also pray for Lucas’ parents that they may learn not to lean on their own understanding/reasonings, but to completely trust in The LORD, and He will direct their paths in this matter. Pray that recovery and recuperation be a special time for every one involved!
