Further update on Lucas, who went in to get a brain tumor removed on Tuesday.

In short, he is doing very well. Prior to the surgery, Lucas could not see out of one of his eyes. That condition remains. However, the biopsy came back as type1 non-agressive which is treatable with chemo. The doctors are unsure if the vision will return but the chemo treatments may allow his vision in that eye to return.

Lucas is awake, does not have any pain, has full motion, full speech, full mental faculties and is doing so well, that on Thursday, they moved him out of ICU. They still want to keep him over the week end but it looks like he will go home Monday.
