Just who moved the goal posts?

Nothing that has been posted changes the facts....despite some railing about the posters here, and congratulatory words about "Jeff" nothing has changed regarding "Jeff's" comments...his profile clearly states his (and many other mormons' stance) that the "church" is paramount in his life...his first sentence is "thrilled and honored to belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am a devout Christian." Nothing following in his comments speaks of a relationship with Jesus Christ! He doesn't speak of being "thrilled and honored about being a "devout Christian". It's all about his "church".

All the "genuinely happy, works with young people, celebrates faith, and focuses on his marriage" in the world without recognizing the grace of Jesus Christ in one's life does not translate to being a "devout Christian".

"Moving the goal posts" by building various straw men about any and everything except the central fact of "Jeff's" comments and making the thread about others does nothing but change the fact that this is nothing but a propaganda campaign, with the mormon church and its members attempting to rebrand mormonism in order to make Mitt Romney palatable to Christians.

Mormonism was founded as an anti-Christian sect. Joseph Smith stated that he was told in one of the "first" visions that none of the current Christian religions was acceptable. It boggles the mind that the current leadership and members NOW have tried to white out all the hundreds of derogatory comments about Christians and Christianity made by leaders and pretend this never happened.

It also boggles the mind that they believe that Christians will accede to their demands.
