Philippians 2:9-11

Wherefore God also hath Highly Exalted Him,
And Given Him a Name which is Above Every Name:
That at the Name of Jesus every knee should Bow,
Of Things in Heaven, and Things in Earth, and Things Under the Earth;
And that Every Tongue should Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
To the Glory of God the Father.

Our Gracious Father,

'Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto Thy Name Give the Glory for Thy Loving Mercy, and for Thy Truth's Sake.' (Ps.115:1) You are Glorious, our God, and we Love to Extol Your Great Name. Please Help us to Follow Thee, Trust in Thee, and Walk in Thy Ways. May our Lives be a Testimony to the Goodness our Savior-King. 'Blessed be the Name of the Lord from Henceforth and Forever.' (Ps.113:2)

Your Excellency, we Intercede for our Courageous Troops. We Ask Your Blessings to be upon Each and Every Life. May the Most High God be their Refuge, their Savior, and their Hope. May they Walk upon the Lion and the Asp: May they Tread the Dragon under their Feet. (Ps.91:13) Please Send Thy Fear, Lord, into the Hearts of their Foes. 'For lo, Thine Enemies, O Lord: for lo, Thine Enemies shall Perish: all the Workers of Iniquity shall be Destroyed. But Thou shalt Exalt mine Horn, like the Unicorns, and I shall be Anointed with Fresh Oil. Mine Eye shall also See my Desire Against mine Enemies: mine Ears shall Hear my Wish Against the Wicked, that Rise Up Against me.' (Ps.92:10,11) May the Beauty of the Lord be upon our Troops, and Direct Always the Work of their Hands. (Ps.90:17)

Our Compassionate Father, we Lift those Affected by the Tornadoes to our God. Please Help them and Strengthen them, Sending them Aid from on High. May Your Spirit Move Among them, and Bring Peace and Rest to their Hearts.

Your Majesty, we Cry for a Mighty Moving of Thy Spirit across our Land. Please Forgive us our Iniquities, O Lord Most Loving and Kind. May Many Souls be Translated from Darkness to Glorious Light. May Jesus be Lifted High and Reverenced in our USA.

Thank You, our Abba, for Hearing and Answering our Prayers. How we Praise You, and Trust in the Lovely Name of Thy Son. 'Wherefore God also hath Highly Exalted Him, and Given Him a Name which is Above Every Name: that at the Name of Jesus every knee should Bow, of Things in Heaven, and Things in Earth, and Things under the Earth; and that Every Tongue should Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father.' In Jesus' Name, for the Glory of the Eternal King, amen.

PRAYERS GOING UP FOR OUR AMERICAN HEROES AND FOR OUR BELOVED NATION!

GEORGE WASHINGTON – THE PRAYER AT VALLEY FORGE

In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise for our heroes in the American military who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Amen.

SHADOWS AT ARLINGTON

Heavenly Father, Lord of the Nations, unto Your Divine Mercy we commend the souls of these who have fallen in the service of our Beloved Nation and in defense of the freedoms we hold dear. We pray that You gather them in Your loving embrace, that You cause Your countenance to shine upon them and that You vouchsafe their souls to dwell eternally in Your Divine Presence. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.

Nos genuflectitur ad non princeps sed Princeps Pacem!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

Almighty and Eternal God, Protect our military as they discharge their duties. Protect them with the shield of your strength and keep them safe from all evil and harm.
May the power of your love enable them to return home safely to the people who love them and to the gratitude of the American people.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Prayer of blessings, protection and thanksgiving for the sacrifices our brave troops make for all of us.

I just returned from watching “Act of Valor.” It was a great movie which showed the bravery and mentality of these men; they put others before themselves. It was especially hard, because my son and daughter in law, who was crying, was with us. Her brother in law, Shane, died in Iraq in 2004. His only son was born the same Shane was killed. He was named after his father;

Lance Cpl. Shane E. Kielion.
May he rest in peace.
