What an interesting article. Christians tend to be child-like, and atheists are so intelligent.
One encouraging thing in this is that the guy claims that his faith is evolving. I’m not hopeful that it will evolve to the point of a better understanding, but I suppose anything is possible.

The church is free to list anyone who enters their doors as being on their roles. Go to any church in this country and look at the total roles and then do a head count over several weeks and the two numbers are nowhere near the same.

The same sort of "logic" required to call Rubio a Mormon "proves" that all the people who claim they're no longer Catholic but who were baptized as a Catholic when they were a child are still Catholic and can never change that fact.
So, can you vote for someone who now says they're a Baptist but who was baptized into the Catholic Church as a child?
