Remember -- Islam is the larger enemy. Christians fighting and ignoring Islam led to Islam triumphing over the Christian heartlands of Egypt, Syria, Jerusalem, Iraq in the 7th century. Christian fighting led to the decay of Constantinople and Christian fighting even in 1683 almost led to the collapse of Vienna
Let's learn from history -- the internecine arguments are fine as long as we don't forget the bigger enemy
