BE VERY SURE TO GET at least 30 BILLION PROBIOTIOCS multi strain to take with the antibiotics. They don’t know a good bacteria from a bad. Just destroy it all, and you will have more GI Issues.
Been that route. My Gastro recommends 10 Billion for me.
Continue to take the Probiotics at a lesser dose 10 Billion and taper down to about 1-5 Billion. See what works best for you.

Right now I am using Activia yogurt to replace the good germs I guess is the best way I can think to say what I am trying to do, but if I can find what you suggest i will try it.
