Where in the Bible does it say that we are to believe nothing that is not taught explicitly in the Bible?

The dogma that the Bible contains everything that we are to believe is not found in the Bible, and is a man-made dogma.

It doesn’t that I know of but why would any one need any thing else if they believed what the bible says?
