Parade Organizer - Pope made me do it
Creative Minority Report ^ | 09/05/14 | Patrick Archbold

Posted on 09/06/2014 6:26:08 PM PDT by ebb tide

This is the stupid apostate world we live in.

The organizer of the St. Patrick's day parade who has include a gay identity group and is currently accepting applications from pro-abortion groups said this ridiculous thing. O’Reilly told CNA said the parade policy was changed due to Catholic teaching “about showing compassion and understanding to groups that don’t agree with all the Church’s teachings.”

“I think, in part, the tone is changing within the Church, and I think Pope Francis has spoken about this, and Cardinal Dolan did last night,” O’Reilly said. “There is a sense among many Catholic leaders [for] showing that compassion and that brotherly love, regardless of whether or not one agrees with Church teachings. It may be the best foot forward for the Church at this point. We hope people will see it in that light.”

There is a sense among many Catholic leaders [for] showing that compassion acceptance of sinful lifestyles and that brotherly homosexual love, regardless of whether or not one agrees with Church teachings. It may be the best foot forward for the Church Devil at this point. We hope people will see it in that light reddish glow.”

There is a sense of some, including myself, that this doofus is really a catholic pedophle based on his actions.

It will be interesting to see if the homosexual paraders are respectful of the Church and the people who consented to their march, or will they show up dressed as pro-abortion lesbian nuns or some such insult.

If they have homosexual groups in the parade, then anyone else in the parade defacto supports homosexual special rights and privileges. This is a set-up.

The so-called Church "fathers" will still not confess that most of the "pedophiles" which destroyed the name of a 2000 year old church and that were arrested or ratted out by their victims were nothing more or less than plain, ordinary homosexuals who happened to be priests.
They were not pedophiles as the media and liberals would have you believe.

“There is a sense among many Catholic leaders [for] showing that compassion and that brotherly love, regardless of whether or not one agrees with Church teachings.

There is a difference between showing compassion and brotherly love to those who disagree with Catholic teaching and accepting them in to your midst.

Besides; these groups of homosexual activist do not simply disagree with Catholic teaching, they ridicule Catholic teaching, attack it in the media and fight against it in the courts and in the political arena; advocating laws that would make the church surrender its doctrines.

Lay Catholic groups should not surrender to these activist groups that fight against the Catholic Church. It is a moral imperative that those who believe in Christ should not give an inch to those who despise his teachings and work to separate the young and the faithful from him.

It is long past time for Catholics to recognize that if Pope Francis does not remove Dolan from New York, then the Pope bears full responsibility for Dolan’s multiple statements that David Paterson, Andrew Cuomo, and other pro-aborts are good Catholics, for Dolan’s insistence that pro-aborts must be given Communion (which is a MORTAL SIN), and for Dolan’s endorsement of sodomy as Grand Marshal of the 2015 St. Patrick’s parade. It is hard to imagine a more forceful endorsement of Dolan’s statements and actions than leaving him in his post as CARDINAL ARCHBISHOP of New York.

Homosexuals have never been barred from marching in the St. Pat’s Day parades or any other parades. Homo advocacy groups have been barred. As they should be.

Exactly, Larry. 79% of the victims in the United States were boys 11-16. Most of it was not pedophilia but homosexual men preying upon teen and pre-teen boys and young men.

Someday, there will be a Pope who understands the crisis we face with our apostate bishops, like Dolan, in 2014, and has the courage to speak about them boldly. In about 2050.
