Do people who have never heard of Jesus Christ all go to Hell, as a consequence of not believing in Him?

By definition, inculpable ignorance is not a sin.
Do you hold that people go to Hell for any reason other than their sins?

Scripture does not directly address that so I am not going to speculate.
But this is what Peter says......
There is salvation in no other name for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.
