Since you have zero understanding of Torah, this conversation can only go in circles. All you are doing here is demonstrating why the council at Jerusalem had to conclude that the new converts could not be brought up to speed on Torah in one visit by an apostle.
Verse 21 of Acts 15 especially applies to your line of comments here.
Also ‘context’ does not equate to exactitude.
The commendation for receiving Torah is not in any way diminished by discussing a portion of Torah in a subsequent sentence.
