No. None of the examples you posted refer to the Bible.

Revelation 22:18 refers to the Book of Revelation only. This is well known to anyone who has actually researched it.

Luke 4:17 Refers to the Book of Isaiah only, not the Bible.

Revelation 13:8 refers to the Book of Life, not the Bible.
