[Irish Rose]

He unleashes his lightning beneath the whole heaven and sends it to the ends of the earth. After that comes the sound of his roar; he thunders with his majestic voice. When his voice resounds, he holds nothing back. God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding. He says to the snow, "Fall on the earth," and to the rain shower, "Be a mighty downpour." So that all men he has made may know his work, he stops every man from his labor. (Job 37:3-7)

Father in heaven, we come and pray, asking to be heard in Jesus' Name.

Lord, we pray that You will be gracious to our military and provide them with everything they need, whether wisdom or resources or leadership or encouragement.

O Lord, You unleash Your lightning beneath the whole heaven and send it to the ends of the earth. After that comes the sound of Your roar, and You thunder with Your majestic voice. Your voice, O God, thunders in marvelous ways; You do great things beyond our understanding. You say to the snow, "Fall on the earth," and to the rain shower, "Be a mighty downpour." So that all men You have made may know Your work, You stop every man from his labor. The rain brings Your kindness and provision, and the flashing lightning and crashing thunder carry an echo of Your power and glory. We praise You, the God of the storm and the sun, in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
