Beginning Oct. 1, the guidance notes, All persons, regardless of gender identity, shall have the right to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities and privileges of any place of public accommodation. I see nothing there that says that churches (or any other facility) must allow men into the women's restrooms. Perhaps that statement is somewhere else?
