I'm asking for Prayers for My Mother and the Family Tonight and over the next days please.
Mom is 92 as of 08/03/17. We held a small Family Birthday Party for Her that day and She was doing fairly well at the time, She recognized Me at the time and it was a fairly good day for everyone.
I got a call Today that She is no longer eating or drinking and it won't be long before She goes to be with God.
I'm leaving ASAP to be with Her.
She is in Hospice Care at the Nursing Home. She is getting Morophine via Oral to control pain at this time.

My mother is in her 90s, still in good shape, but we can’t escape reality. I have heartfelt pain for your loss. God bless.

I will say a prayer for her at Mass on Friday.
I saw my Dad a month before he died. He did not recognize me, nor would he take Communion or the Chocolate milkshake.
He died in peace.

Almighty and merciful God, who hast bestowed upon mankind saving remedies and the gift of everlasting life, look graciously upon mabarker and her loved ones, all of them Thy servants, and strengthen them that they be comforted in the knowledge that in the hour of the passing of their mother she will be presented to Thee by the hands of the holy angels. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Rules, rules & more rules. I’ve made arrangements so my kids will hopefully be able to avoid some of those headaches.
So glad you were able to be with her as she crossed over. A privilege everyone doesn’t get. May His mercy & grace cover you all in the coming days.

Prayers of comfort and sympathy.
My mother passed in July under hospice care. We kept her at home until she had a bad fall. We would have never gotten along without the wonderful nurses and carers. She had kidney failure and cancer. She was given morphine only at the end because of the pain. At 95 we knew our time would be short and wanted her to pass easily. When my father died of cancer, the nurses didn’t want to give him any to hasten death. I told them I would, to keep him comfortable, but had a wonderful nurse who said she would.
Heavenly Father, We thank You for Your peace and comfort in the sad times of life. May this family take comfort knowing that You are already in all of their tomorrows. We know that life on this earth is for a little while. May this be a time of testimony of Your Son’s sacrifice at the cross for us all. May You bless this family in their sorrow. In Jesus Name, Amen
