BOSTON (CBS) – Gov. Deval Patrick declared a state of emergency in Massachusetts Friday afternoon for the blizzard that could bring up to 3 feet of snow. He also announced he has signed an executive order to ban all travel on all roads in the state starting at 4 p.m. Friday. The wife of former Miami Heat superstar Alonzo Mourning was arrested early Friday morning near Old Cutler Road and San Servano Avenue on a single charge of driving under the influence. According to the arrest report, Mourning failed a roadside sobriety test administered after allegedly speeding in two different areas and not stopping for a red light.
