President Trump plans to visit prototypes for his proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico border that have been constructed in San Diego, according to Axios. The president plans to make the cross-country trip after he delivers his first official State of the Union address to Congress on Jan. 30, Axios reported. Mr. Trump had been expected to visit the prototypes this week, but the trip was pushed back due to his appearance Monday evening at the college football championship, the report said. A born-female transgender student won $800,000 from her Wisconsin high school Tuesday after reaching a settlement in a lawsuit alleging staff had monitored her trips to the boys’ bathroom.
