The growth of the U.S. workforce is declining and new immigration policies are needed for the economy to grow at a faster rate, Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Robert Kaplan said Wednesday in New York. A Kansas man has asked an Iowa judge to let him engage in a sword fight with his ex-wife and her attorney so that he can “rend their souls” from their bodies.
