Joe Scarborough has once again assumed his role as strategic advisor to the Democrats. On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough warned Democrats that it would be a "sucker's deal" for them to trade testimony by Hunter Biden for that of John Bolton at the impeachment trial. The Washington Post has reported that the Democrats are mulling such a deal. Scarborough predicted that once called, executive privilege would be invoked, Bolton wouldn't give any substantive testimony, and "Democrats would get absolutely nothing out of this."Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

In short, the whole thing is about to blow up in the face of the Democrats, and they know it, which is why they keep complaining about how the Senate is handling the hearing The impeachment of Donald J. Trump, when it comes to evidence and due process, reminds me of a scene from the Old West. “Yes, Sir, there is no evidence that you stole any horses, but we intend to prosecute you for resisting being hung for it.” Our country’s founding was based on the idea of judicial fairness, and the self-evident truth that everyone is innocent until...

About a year ago, Nick Sandmann was a young man on a trip to the nation's capital — and then we know the rest of the story.  He was trashed in the media and turned into some devil harassing a Native American bystander.  To be short, a lot of crazy things were said about this young man.  As the father of three young men, I was furious. Well, it appears that Nick and company may have the last laugh, as we see in this report: Sandmann beat CNN (the other suits are pending), which settled and paid rather than risk a trial. Assuming credibility...

Just one day in to the Impeachment Trial in the Senate, ended Nancy Pelosi’s out-of-whack version of “FOREVER” Instead of lasting “forever”, Nancy Pelosi’s signed “souvenir impeachment pens” ran out of ink today. Look for them next on e-Bay. They ran out of ink on the first day the Democrats’ two flimsy Articles of Impeachment reached the Senate and will now have to be retired as just another Ocasio-Cortez like badly misfired PR stunt. Pelosi’s silly souvenir pens have been replaced by the indelible ink from the words in a National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) video, the morning after the...

DAVOS -- Britain’s Prince Charles said on Wednesday that global warming and climate change are the greatest threats humanity has faced, calling on business leaders in Davos to act now to create a sustainable economic future. In a speech to the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in the Swiss ski resort, the British heir-to-the-throne said it was time for everyone in a leadership role to take action “at revolutionary levels and pace”. “We are in the midst of a crisis that is now, I hope, well understood,” he said. “Global warming, climate change, the devastating loss of...

Left-wing documentary filmmaker Michael Moore appeared on the Late Night with Seth Meyers Tuesday and said “if we don’t fix climate change, like, now,” then “we don’t have four years,” before we’re all “done.” “If we don’t fix climate change, like, now, we don’t have four years,” proclaimed Michael Moore. “We’re done. We’re done. We’re done.”

RICHMOND, Va. – A federal judge in Maryland has ruled that a former Canadian Armed Forces reservist who’s linked to a violent white supremacist group will remain in custody. U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy Sullivan said Wednesday that Patrik Mathews is a “very dangerous person” who “espouses very dangerous beliefs.” Sullivan ordered Mathews detained pending a Jan. 30 preliminary hearing. Mathews and two other men were arrested last Thursday on federal felony charges in Maryland and Delaware. Authorities said they were believed to be headed to a pro-gun rally in Virginia’s capital. Monday’s event in Richmond had ended peacefully.

House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) appears to have misrepresented impeachment evidence that was used during the House Democrats’ impeachment investigation, according to a report from Tuesday evening. According to documents obtained by Politico, text messages between Lev Parnas and Rudy Giuliani were "mischaracterized" by Schiff in a letter sent to House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler last week. "In one section of the letter, Schiff claims that Parnas 'continued to try to arrange a meeting with President Zelensky,' citing a specific text message exchange where Parnas tells Giuliani: 'trying to get us mr Z.' The remainder of the exchange —...

Democratic presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard filed a defamation lawsuit Wednesday against Hillary Clinton seeking $50 million in damages, claiming the former Democratic presidential nominee "carelessly and recklessly impugned" her reputation when she suggested in October that one of the 2020 Democratic candidates is "the favorite of the Russians." The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, says it aims to hold Clinton and other "political elites" accountable for "distorting the truth in the middle of a critical Presidential election." It also says Gabbard suffered an economic loss to be proven at trial.

WEYBRIDGE, Vt. -- When Revolutionary War soldier Josiah Clark was buried in a small Vermont cemetery near a river bank in 1835, it was supposed to be his final resting place. But erosion over the years made worse by more intense storms has washed away some graves and left the remains of Clark, who fought at the 1775 Battle of Bunker Hill in Massachusetts, precariously perched on the edge of the steep eroding bank. “That’s a big part of our history, and I think it’s terrible that ... this is happening,” said Tom Giffin, president of the Vermont Old Cemetery...

Kennedy.

Time to wake up Republicans; the Left are coming for you and they mean business. A new campaign to remove Trump known as Remove 45 are asking communists to “take action everywhere.” These groups aren’t interested in impeachment, they are interested in crushing anyone who supports Trump. Impeachment is just the first step. Trump must be removed from office. And we the people must lead the way in calling for this removal. – Remove 45 Their battle plan looks like something out of Venezuela. It’s not about the democratic process; it’s about implementation of socialism. The website, Remove45.org, calls for...

Pop superstar turned left-wing activist Taylor Swift has revealed that her upcoming song “Only the Young” was written in response to her disappointment in the 2018 midterm elections that saw Republicans take key seats in her home state of Tennessee and released to encourage young voters to get engaged in left-wing causes. “Only the Young” is set to be released in conjunction with the Netflix documentary Miss Americana, on Jan. 31. The documentary provides a look into Swift’s music career, trailing the singer over the course of a few years.

Near midnight, the House managers and White House legal team erupted into name calling and recriminations. The confrontation led to Chief Justice John Roberts to admonish both sides and remind them that this is supposed to be the “world’s most deliberative body” and that “those addressing the Senate should remember where they are.” He also repeated a ruling from the 1905 trial of Judge Charles Swayne that there should be no accusations of “pettifogging.” With those words, the pettifog (bickering over trifles and petty disputes) dissipated from the chambers.

Happy New Year, everyone!! Here's hoping 2020 is the best year yet!! President Trump should take the win in the Senate trial without dragging it out, then concentrate on winning the 2020 election with wide coattails, then bide his time as the cases against the various coup plotters wind their way through the justice system. Win the election, hold the senate, take back the house!! And then continue the work of making America great again: Build the wall, enforce the law, deport them all!! End DACA!! End sanctuary cities!! End anchor babies!! Continue cutting regulations, cutting government, cutting spending and...

As a matter of law, this will go nowhere. As a matter of politics, it’s Pass the Popcorn material. And as a matter of entertainment, the complaint itself is golden. With access to the next debate stage still within reach, Tulsi Gabbard announced that she has filed a defamation suit against Hillary Clinton in a New York federal court for calling her a “Russian asset” last October. At the time, Gabbard’s attorneys warned that she might sue, and the congresswoman from Hawaii finally delivered on that threat this morning.Gabbard’s campaign released this statement shortly after filing the lawsuit: Tulsi...

As we reported earlier, House Intel Chair Adam Schiff, one of the House managers for the impeachment trial, may have “mischaracterized” alleged evidence regarding Lev Parnas. Now, on top of that, he pulled the same trick that he did in the House, completely making up the thoughts of President Volodymyr Zelensky to make it sound like he was supporting the Democrats’ case against President Donald Trump. “Imagine the impact on President Zelensky if he were to acknowledge today, “Hell, yes, we felt pressure. You would too. We’re at war with Russia, for crying out loud. Yeah, we felt pressure. We...

The cafeteria food fight, also known as the Senate impeachment trial, is underway. I, like most Americans outside the Beltway and the political bubble, know this is like watching a movie where you already know the ending. Trump will rightfully be acquitted. The Democrats do not realize that America is tired of their political antics and high drama tactics. I mean come on, they walked over the articles of impeachment like a bunch of mopes, feigning seriousness, while many Americans either yawned or laughed. The rest of the country is more interested in what happened recently in the gun-grabbing...
