FORMER US president Bill Clinton has skipped a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Alexander Downer because he was feeling unwell. Mr Clinton today signed a memorandum of understanding on behalf of his presidential foundation with the Australian Government to boost HIV/AIDS programs in the Asia Pacific.
