Interpol has rejected the Palestinian Authority's request to arrest Mohammed Rashid, a, who is wanted for embezzling hundreds of millions of dollars, the PA attorney-general, Ahmed al-Mughni, announced over the weekend. Sanford Police on Wednesday threatened to arrest members of the media who approach or ask questions of city employees during non-working hours.
