BATON ROUGE - Three women have been arrested after they sprayed a victim with mace and broke her arm before robbing her Feb. 4. The three women allegedly blocked the victim in with their vehicle at 10025 Ave. G before attacking her. According to the victim, Racheal Wagner, 28, sprayed the victim in the face with mace before throwing her to the ground. According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old Tanga Wagner and 28-year-old Alicia Wagner also attacked the victim and her arm was broken during the altercation.
