    President Donald Trump praised conservative operative Roger Stone for refusing to cooperate with special counsel Robert Mueller in a Monday morning tweet. Stone has repeatedly declared that he will not “flip” or testify against Trump in any capacity and believes he is being unfairly targeted by Mueller. “There’s no circumstance under which I would testify against the President because I’d have to bear false witness against him … I’d have to make things up, and I’m not going to do that,” he said Sunday on ABCNews.
