How very fascist. So, Obama is saying that if Congress doesn’t play ball on approving the Iran deal, he might just go ahead and do it anyway. That violates the Constitution and the law. Technically he can’t do it – oh, but he will. Notice how Kerry sidestepped the issue? If Obama does this and isn’t made to answer for it or stopped, that’s the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship. Even if a conservative is elected in 2016, by then $150 to 200 billion will have gone to Iran, effectively arming our enemies...

President Obama on Saturday celebrated his upcoming birthday with an annual tradition: hitting the links with a group of old friends. The president — who turns 54 on Tuesday — and his friends played golf at Joint Base Andrews just outside the Beltway before heading up to the Camp David presidential retreat for the rest of the weekend.

The shadowy shyster Obama January 20, 2009, was the date; the infamous date when the destroyer of the country called the United States of America began his crusade to kill off as many citizens as possible, and as many symbols and patriotic sayings as he possibly could annihilate. If some took actual lives with his deadly thrusts, the happier he was and the more he enjoyed being the “Messiah” of doom. O1/20/09 was also the date when nearly half of the country abandoned their citizenship and bowed down to this fakir who could not even produce a legitimate birth certificate....

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) recently called attention to an IRS ruling that would penalize small businesses up to $500,000 for daring to compensate their employees for health insurance premiums. The NFIB reports, “On July 1, 2015, employers will be penalized $100 per day per employee if they try to make health insurance more affordable by reimbursing their employees for individual market health insurance premiums. The penalty affects businesses that provide reimbursement for more than one employee. The healthcare reimbursement prohibition regulation decreases an employer’s ability to assist employees with health insurance costs.” The ruling would fine the...

Like clockwork, gun control advocates always make a big push for their agenda after every mass shooting. The recent shootings in Charleston and Chattanooga are no different. Due to our government’s failure to keep firearms out of the hands of mass shooters, President Obama has since called for tighter background checks. But this time he wants to utilize the information tied to Social Security beneficiaries. Basically, those who are incapable of managing their own affairs wouldn’t be allowed to buy a firearm. The new policy would use the same strategy employed by the VA to report certain veterans to the...

Sheriff Clarke: Everything Obama Touches ‘Tends to Turn to Crap" by Trent Baker18 Jul 2015147 Speaking on Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine” regarding the shooting in Chattanooga, TN, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke (D) said that the United States needs a national strategy to “deal with the home-grown terrorist threat.” He also brought up that President Obama actually “gutted” the Department of Defense 1033 Program, which would have given the local law enforcement the military supplies to aid during a terrorist attack. Clarke used Obama’s mistake of “gutting of the 1033 Program as an...

...Mr. Obama’s mission to destroy America’s economy is complete. The damage he has done is irreversible. The dollar is history. The American economy is going down, and soon. The posh commentators say the collapse will be gradual rather than sudden. But few are now predicting there will not be collapse at all. Here are just some of the pointers. First and foremost, U.S. public debt is $18.3 trillion. By the time Mr. Obama leaves the White House late next year, he will have doubled it in a single “presidency.” On top of that, Uncle Sam has unfunded liabilities of at...

Senator Barack Obama, whose crowds at political rallies across the country have often numbered in the thousands, was placed under Secret Service protection yesterday, a spokesman for the agency said. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, authorized the protection for Mr. Obama after consulting with a Congressional advisory committee that reviews security for presidential hopefuls. The decision to assign agents to Mr. Obama, nearly nine months before voting begins in the Democratic primaries for president, is the earliest the Secret Service has ever issued a security detail to a candidate.

“There is much talk of deadlines looming ominously, but Iran knows perfectly well that the deadline is its friend—and the West’s enemy,” Breitbart News wrote last week. It seems this credulous, juvenile administration finally figured that out, as the Wall Street Journal reports the U.S. is floating the idea of an “open-ended diplomatic process,” waving aside deadlines altogether.

RUSH: This is a little throwaway that I doubt anybody is gonna make a big deal of. This little story here is on Fox News: "Obama to be First Sitting President to Visit Federal Prison." Okay, that's good, Obama's gonna go visit a federal prison. Ah, presidents go places. Ah, no big deal, nothing to see here, no story. What's the big deal. Ah, but that's not the right way to look at this. "President Obama is set to tour Oklahoma’s El Reno Correctional Institution on Thursday, becoming the first sitting president to visit a federal prison, the White House...

Nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mark Levin said that “we’ve had a silent coup in this country” with the Obama administration taking over healthcare, targeting the suburbs, and nationalizing the local police. “His government doesn’t have the authority to do any of these things, but he does it,” Levin said on his July 8 broadcast. “Well, if that’s not martial law, what the hell is? We’ve had a silent coup in this country.”Here is a transcript of what Levin said: “So, Obama’s pushing the ‘browning of America,’ not my phrase, theirs, ‘with open amnesty.’ Even if it means murderers,...

Bastrop, Texas — The office of the Bastrop County Republican Party is in an old lumber mill on Main Street, with peeling brown paint and a sign out front that captures the party's feelings about the Obama administration: "WISE UP AMERICA!" Inside, county Chairman Albert Ellison pulled out a yellow legal pad on which he had written page after page of reasons why many Texans distrust President Barack Obama, including the fact that, "in the minds of some, he was raised by communists and mentored by terrorists." So it should come as no surprise, Ellison said, that as the U.S....

During the re-election cycle in 2012, President Obama sent seismic shock waves through the news media when he became the first American president to publicly support marriage equality. On June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court sided with the president’s views in a 5-4 decision, sending a ruling “like a thunderbolt” through American society in favor of marriage equality in all 50 states[1]. As the longtime advisor, David Axelrod revealed in his recent book[2] that candidate-Obama was in favor of same-sex marriage (when running for the US Senate[3]) before he was against it (while running for the Presidency[4]), and then he...

RUSH: Well, there's no way to spin this, folks. It's just a disaster. I think many of us are witnessing now the complete corruption of Washington, DC, meaning the objective has been to corrupt the government and success appears to be, at this moment in time, in hand. As it was pointed out to me earlier today, the left has the government that they've always wanted. We have an authoritarian megalomaniac ruling like a monarch. The opposition bends over and, according to the high court, the Supreme Court, words, laws, really have no meaning. It's whatever the popular interpretation of...

(Snip) The Wall Street Journal just revealed the news about the Oversight Committee getting these emails in a major story. The key points are that Gruber was deeply involved in crafting the health care law, he worked very closely with the White House, and, when he became a political liability, the president and his senior aides simply lied about it. Is that a big story? Not if you are a national TV network or major U.S. newspaper. Except for the Wall Street Journal, they maintained radio silence. Not a peep. A search of the New York Times shows zero hits...

Editor's Note: Tony Perkins, President Of The Family Research Council, co-athored this column.Like two speeding trains heading toward the same collapsed bridge, the dangers and failures of Barack Obama’s foreign, economic, and social policies are heading rapidly toward implosion. Our vital security interests, our economic well-being, our religious liberties, and the very fabric of American family life are all at grave risk of becoming casualties of the extreme ideological agenda and simple incompetence of the current Administration. First, with respect to foreign policy: Watching the spread of ISIS throughout the Middle East is like watching the growth of a cancer....

All across the political blogosphere, you can read endless inquiries into the oncoming demise of the Republican Party. As far as the intellectual elite are concerned, the GOP will be doomed by polarization. The top representatives have supposedly moved so far to the right that they will soon be a non-factor in national elections. The scary thing about this analysis is that it may well be correct. In a way. Because conservatives do have a problem, and it is that the country is moving slowly but surely to the left. And Democrats are way out ahead of the curve, dragging...

The heavy federal hand in the housing market has been a disaster. Despite spending more than $13,000 for every household, Washington has record low homeownership to show for it, even among the middle class. In fact, a just-released report by Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies not only finds more middle-class families renting but many also struggling to make rent, as homeownership rates plunge lower than ever. This is as shocking as it is depressing. It used to be that the middle class owned homes. Now it's increasingly feeling "the strain of rising rents," the reports says, as foreclosures and...
