Sunday on ABC's "This Week With George Stephanopoulos," the attorney for the family of the late Michael Brown said,"Ninety-nine percent of the time police officers aren't charged when they kill young people of color." The Associated Press and ABC News have projected that U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen will win her bid for re-election to the U.S. Senate. With 48 percent of precincts reporting, Shaheen led Republican challenger Scott Brown, 51-49 percent.

Must admit that on the Politico map it looks like most of the unreported votes are in counties led by Shaheen but no one knows who the remaining voters will vote for. I hope that the networks have been over anxious to "project" to beat the other guy.

Brown is up 48.3 percent to Shaheen’s 46.8 percent in the poll of 1,132 likely voters statewide. The poll was conducted on Oct. 24, and has a margin of error of 2.91 percent. A 911 call went out Saturday in Ferguson, Missouri where Michael Brown’s mother Lesley McSpadden was allegedly involved in a violent brawl with her dead son’s grandmother and cousin. According to a Fox affiliate, the fight started a few blocks from the street where Brown was shot and killed on August 9. The altercation allegedly ensued from a dispute about who had the right to sell Mike Brown merchandise.
