TUESDAY, July 12, 2022 (HealthDay News) – More than 80% of Americans have a widely used herbicide lurking in their urine, a new government study suggests. The chemical, known as glyphosate, is “probably carcinogenic to humans,” the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer has said. Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Roundup, a well-known weed killer. The U.S. National Nutrition Examination Survey found the herbicide in 1,885 of 2,310 urine samples that were representative of the U.S. population. Nearly a third of the samples came from children ages 6 to 18. “Glyphosate is the most widely used...

The Georgia Record was contacted earlier this month by Kevin Moncla, an independent analyst in Dallas, TX who has been submitting open records requests to Fulton County, GA regarding the 2020 election. Moncla recently filed a complaint with the Georgia State Election Board highlighting inconsistencies found in vote totals on the night of November 8th, 2020 and the following recount in December. You can read the entire complaint on the PDF below. Essentially, the vote totals from the general to the recount didn’t match. The recount tally was off by approximately 17,000 votes. After being ordered to ‘reconcile’ the data...

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Monday it will use border security funding allocated by Congress to close wall gaps and pay for environmental and clean-up projects in areas of Arizona, California and Texas affected by barrier construction undertaken by the Trump administration. The projects authorized... include installing drainage to prevent flooding, mitigating soil erosion, completing roads used by Border Patrol agents, demobilizing construction and equipment storage sites and discarding unused materials. Mayorkas also authorized U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to erect barriers to close "small" gaps along some wall sections that were left open when construction was...

One of the issues with this claim is that if the antibodies attack the placenta then that means the placenta actually formed, which means the patient got pregnant,” said Hector Chapa, MD, FACOG, clinical assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Texas A&M University College of Medicine. “So, it wouldn’t be a cause of infertility, which is the inability to conceive and become pregnant. The issue would be pregnancy loss, but that’s not actually being found in the data.”

John Sullivan, videographer and founder of “a group for racial justice and police reform,” posted a video on YouTube on Jan. 7 that shows him entering the Capitol building in Washington with a group of Trump supporters and possibly others on the previous day. He’s heard on video encouraging others and convincing Capitol police to let the trespassers through at several impasses. The video also reveals further details about the situation that led to the death of Ashley Babbitt, an Air Force veteran shot inside the building by Capitol Police. Sullivan is known for taking part in protests and riots...

Former President Barack Obama issued a statement late Friday night on the passing of Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The statement was posted to the online site Medium. In the statement, Obama demanded the Republican controlled Senate not vote on any replacement for Ginsburg until a new president is sworn following the November presidential election. Obama cited his failed 2016 nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to back up his support for Ginsburg’s reported dying “instructions” that her replacement be nominated by a new president (“My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new...

Democratic Illinois Rep. Mike Quigley claimed during Wednesday’s impeachment hearing that hearsay could be better than direct evidence. Quigley, while questioning Deputy Asst. Secretary of State George Kent and acting Ambassador to Ukraine Bill Taylor attempted to make the case that their impressions of secondhand information could potentially be more valuable than direct evidence of what had occurred. “I guess to close, a primer on hearsay, I think the American public needs to be reminded that countless people have been convicted on hearsay,” Quigley said. “Because the courts have routinely allowed and created, needed exceptions to hearsay. Hearsay can be...

The leftwing media love Ann Coulter these days because she’s their useful idiot... MARK LEVIN·FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2019 Her record of supporting immigration wimps, from McConnell and Christie to Romney, belies her claim of being a tough immigration hardliner. I can’t think of a damn thing she’s done other than kiss Bill Maher’s ass and promote herself. Apparently she’s gone the way of David Brock. Bye-bye Ann. https://www.mediaite.com/trump/ann-coulter-responds-to-trumps-slam-the-only-national-emergency-is-that-our-president-is-an-idiot/

Tashlan comes to town: Vatican releases combined cross and crescent logo for Pope’s trip to Morocco ROME, January 8, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) —The Vatican has released a new symbol of “interreligious encounter between Christians and Muslims” in advance of Pope Francis’s upcoming visit to Morocco: a logo featuring the crescent encompassing the cross. But some regard the development as reminiscent of C.S. Lewis’s final Narnia book ‘The Last Battle,’ where the true religion is synthesized with the worship of the militant warrior culture of Calormene to the south of Narnia. Cross and crescent The official logo for Pope’s apostolic visit...

1 – Rob Goldstone, the English publicist and music manager, admitted that when he wrote Donald Trump Jr. to set up the meeting with a Russian attorney at Trump Tower he used deliberately hyperbolic language to ensure that the meeting took place. Goldstone further said that he believes the meeting was a “bait and switch” by a Russian lobbyist seeking a meeting on another matter by misleadingly claiming to be bringing the Trump campaign dirt on Hillary Clinton. 2 – All participants in the meeting who have spoken publicly say no Russian dirt on Hillary Clinton was discussed. 3 –...

As Twitchy told you, ABC Entertainment has axed the “Roseanne” reboot over Roseanne Barr’s “abhorrent, repugnant” tweet...if ABC is going to cite “abhorrent, repugnant” tweets as the basis for canceling a show or terminating talent’s employment, why did Keith Olbermann just get an expanded role at ESPN? Both ESPN and ABC fall under Disney’s umbrella, but Olbermann gets a plum job and Roseanne loses hers?

The pretext being used to destroy a conservative woman, Fox News star Laura Ingraham, is that she accused a 17-year-old of “whining.” Even after apologizing to anti-gun activist David Hogg, the corporate media and the organized left, with a lot of help from gutless corporations, are still determined to dismantle Ingraham’s entire professional life — to shut a conservative woman up by removing her platform, all because she accused a teenager of “whining.” Keep in mind that Hogg is not just any 17-year-old. He is a foul-mouthed hurler of extremist, partisan venom and a shield for a media eager to...

"This is much larger than just texts between two FBI agents." A high-ranking FBI official confirms a number of the missing 50,000 FBI text messages — as well as other text and email messages among FBI brass — reportedly discussed initiating physical harm to President Donald Trump. The FBI official urged the U.S. Department of Homeland Security — which oversees the U.S. Secret Service — to launch an investigation of the Justice Department, the FBI and all text messages missing and otherwise that threatened the President. "This is dangerous territory and all FBI text messages and personal phones should be...

In the hypercharged partisan atmosphere that disgracefully follows any mass shooting tragedy, journalists, politicians, and anyone with an opinion spontaneously become firearms experts. Yet, as this U.S. Army combat infantry grunt can attest, these desk jockeys are no straight shooters. The Interstate 91 country music massacre is no exception. From talks of machine guns, bump stocks, “silencers” and the semantics of weapons transportation, these would-be sharpshooters are negligently off-target when it comes to the laws of modern warfare. Although reporters posing as weekend warriors insist that crazed gunman Stephen Paddock’s decision to use a bump stock made his shooting ambush...
