I have my full set of implants for 23 years and no problems. Just make sure of the Dr. you choose. He or she must have a track record and a good one for implants.
I live in San Felipe, Baja MX, 117 miles south of Calexico, CA. Very safe, one road in one road out, military check points each way. Very comfortable living, once you pay for your house, any thing from $40,00 to $550,000, living expenses are about $1,800.00, per month total and that is living very well.

I have a relative who got an estimate of $60K for total dental implants in Colorado Springs. I recommended she go to Algodones, Mexico, outside of Yuma and for $9,800 she had a total implantation. Everything is perfect.
I live in Mexico. The penalty would be immediate prison until they get a judge to write the deportation order. Then if you are here and demonstrate against anything the government does, you are taken to prison and held for an unknown time then deported. You cannot take anything with you. If you own property, have a car, bank account you forefit it to the government. No appeals allowed.
There are NO juries in Mexico. The prosecution and defense attorneys provide their arguments to a Judge in writing only, and he makes a decision as to guilt or innocence.
Effective 8/23/2010 you will be required to get a DR’S. prescription to get antibiotics in Mexico. Then in two years, you will have to get a prescription for any and all drugs. I live in Mexico and it will kill the drug business along the border, or maybe the pharmicies will have a Dr. on staff to write the preceiptions.
I live in Baja, Norte and if you follow the rules, you have NO problem. Virtually no crime and sitting on the edge of the Sea of Cortez, how much more can one ask? Yes, you have to prove income to sustain yourself and or family and register once a year for your residency permit.
